  • 1 cinnamon stick broken in half
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger sliced thinly
  • 1 star anise optional
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried orange peel
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions
