Instructions
Get Started:
First things first, give your watermelon and mint leaves a good rinse under cold water.
Chop up the watermelon into small cubes, making sure to remove any seeds.
Brew The Tea:
Grab a saucepan and bring your water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Once it’s bubbling away, toss in your diced watermelon and mint leaves.
Let everything simmer together for about 5 minutes to really infuse those flavors.
Sweeten Things Up:
Once your tea base is looking and smelling amazing, take it off the heat and strain out all the solid bits into a pitcher.
Add in your honey and give it a good stir. Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Chill And Enjoy:
Let your tea cool down to room temperature before popping it in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
When you’re ready to serve, pour it over some ice cubes in glasses.
Top each glass off with a sprig of fresh mint for that extra wow factor.
