- 1 white tea bag
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional, for garnish
- Whipped cream optional, for topping
- White chocolate shavings optional, for decoration
Steep The White Tea – Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling. Steep the white tea bag for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
Heat The Almond Milk – In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey.
Froth The Milk – Use a milk frother or whisk to create a light froth in the almond milk.
Assemble The Latte – Pour the brewed white tea into a mug, then slowly add the frothed almond milk on top.
Create The Snowflake Design – Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over the frothy milk. To make a snowflake pattern, place a paper snowflake stencil over the top of the cup and dust cinnamon or white chocolate shavings through a fine sieve.
