Instructions
Preparing The Blend: In a small bowl, mix the dried mullein leaves, ginger, turmeric, peppermint leaves, licorice root, and black pepper.
Boiling The Water: Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
Steeping The Tea: Once the water is boiling, add the herbal blend. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Straining The Tea: After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
