Ingredients
  

  • Fenugreek Seeds 2 teaspoons
  • Fennel Seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Brewer’s Yeast 1 tablespoon
  • Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
  • Water 4 cups
  • Honey or Maple Syrup to taste, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare The Tea Base:

  • Fill a saucepan with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, add 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.
  • Let the seeds simmer for 15-20 minutes to infuse the water with their lactation-boosting properties.

Add Brewer’s Yeast And Oats:

  • After simmering, turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast and 1/2 cup of rolled oats to the infused water.
  • Stir well to ensure they are thoroughly mixed into the tea.

Sweeten To Taste (Optional):

  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add honey or maple syrup to your liking. This step is optional.

Strain And Serve:

  • Strain the lactation tea into your favorite cup or mug.
  • Enjoy your homemade lactation tea while it’s warm.
