Fenugreek Seeds

Fennel Seeds

Brewer’s Yeast

Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions
Prepare The Tea Base:
Fill a saucepan with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.
Let the seeds simmer for 15-20 minutes to infuse the water with their lactation-boosting properties.
Add Brewer’s Yeast And Oats:
After simmering, turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast and 1/2 cup of rolled oats to the infused water.
Stir well to ensure they are thoroughly mixed into the tea.
Sweeten To Taste (Optional):
If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add honey or maple syrup to your liking. This step is optional.
Strain And Serve:
Strain the lactation tea into your favorite cup or mug.
