Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of loose black tea or 2 black tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon of Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon of Monin Lavender Syrup
  • 2 cups of water
  • Optional: Fresh blueberries and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Boil The Water

  • First, fill a kettle or pot with two cups of water and bring it to a rolling boil.

Brew The Black Tea

  • Put the tea bags or loose black tea in a teapot. After adding the hot water, steep the tea for three to five minutes. The tea will be stronger the longer it is steeped.

Add The Flavor

  • Once your tea has brewed, stir in the Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavor and Monin Lavender Syrup. These ingredients give the tea its delicious blueberry sweetness and calming lavender essence.

Strain And Serve

  • If you used loose tea, strain the tea into your cups. If you used tea bags, just remove them. For an extra special touch, garnish with fresh blueberries and a lavender sprig.

Enjoy It Your Way

  • This tea is perfect as is, but feel free to add honey or a splash of milk if you like a creamier texture. It’s also amazing served over ice for a refreshing summer drink!
