  • 1 tablespoon dried Costa Rican tea leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon lemongrass, chopped
  • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons of honey or natural sweetener

  • Boil The Water: In a pot, bring 2 cups of purified water to a boil.
  • Add Tea Leaves: Once the water is boiling, add 1 tablespoon of dried Costa Rican tea leaves to the pot.
  • Infuse With Herbs: Add fresh mint leaves, chamomile flowers, and chopped lemongrass to the boiling water. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
