Ingredients
  

For The Cinnamon Tea Base:

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups of water

For The Milk Tea:

  • 2 cups of milk you can use any milk of your choice
  • 2-3 teaspoons of black tea leaves or tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener adjust to taste
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preparing The Cinnamon Tea Base

  • In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water.
  • Break the cinnamon sticks into smaller pieces and add them to the water.
  • Bring the water to a boil and then lower the heat.
  • Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the cinnamon to infuse into the water.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the cinnamon tea base into a separate container. Set it aside.

Step 2: Brewing The Black Tea

  • In a separate saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk over medium-low heat.
  • Add 2-3 teaspoons of black tea leaves or tea bags to the milk.
  • Let the milk simmer for about 5-7 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t come to a boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat once the milk has absorbed the tea’s flavors.

Step 3: Combining Cinnamon Tea And Milk Tea

  • Pour the prepared cinnamon tea base into the milk tea.
  • Stir well to combine the flavors.
  • Add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, and mix until it’s fully dissolved.

Step 4: Serving Your Cinnamon Milk Tea

  • Pour the Cinnamon Milk Tea into your favorite tea cups or mugs.
  • If desired, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for an extra burst of flavor and aroma.
