Instructions
Step 1: Prepare The Base
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.
Add the crushed green cardamom pods and grated ginger. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to infuse the water with the flavors.
Step 2: Add Tea And Milk
Stir in the tea powder (or tea bags) and let it brew for 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk and stir well. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: Sweeten And Strain
Add sugar to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
Strain the tea into serving glasses or mugs to remove the cardamom, ginger, and tea leaves.
